Hi there! My name is Tash Williams, and I am the lead designer and founder of Seventeen Interiors. I am a Certified Practicing Accountant by trade and have always had a passion for interior design. After 22 years in the accounting profession, I pursued my education in interior design from the Interior Design Institute Australia. I am married with 4 grown kids and love living in Brisbane.

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and use our expertise to bring their vision to life. We believe in open, honest communication with down to earth interactions.

We take a collaborative approach to design, working closely with our clients to ensure that every detail is just right. From the initial consultation to the final installation, we are there every step of the way to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience. Being an accountant, I can even help our clients effectively manage those pesky numbers!

Selecting a designer to work with can be overwhelming. At Seventeen Interiors we want to make your experience relaxed and fun! We believe it is important to build a strong repour with our clients so we can better understand their needs, preferences and communication style. It is not one size fits all and we are passionate about making your experience as unique and enjoyable as possible.
We also have an inhouse trades team who are on standby to assist with general handyman work as well as coordinating the larger trade projects. The benefit of an inhouse team include lower cost, faster completion and smoother communication.
Last but not least, we have no limit on design style or concepts. Whilst we may not have always delivered a style you are wanting, we are easily able to adapt core design principles to any project! Our philosophy of honest and open communication will ensure you are well informed on how we intend to reach your goal and while we may not always have the answers upfront, we will always find the solution!
